Holy cow are we in the month of November already??? This calendar just can’t be correct. Egads, say it ain’t so. Sigh. Ok, alright, we give up. It is the month of November. Here is the calendar of events for this glorious new month.

We have Toddler Time on Monday, November 7 at 11am. All toddlers and their caregivers are invited to come and hear stories and have a small craft.

Also on Monday, November 7 we will have our Basic Skills Computer Class at 2pm. Anyone interested in learning Basic Computer Skills are invited to attend this free class. Only 10 spots are available and they are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tuesday, November 8 is Election Day. For everyone aged 18 or over, who have duly registered to vote, please do your civic duty and vote. Also on November 8 – Rotary Pancake Day at FUMC from 7am – 7pm. Tickets are $6.00 at the door or see a Rotarian! Proceeds from this fundraiser to go our service projects like Haywood County Reading Railroad, Dictionaries to Third Graders, Wheels in Motion, and Scholarships.

Friday, November 11 is Veteran’s Day. Thank you and God Bless to all our Veterans.

Monday, November 21 is Toddler Time at 11am. All toddlers and their caregivers are invited for stories and a small craft.

The Elma Ross Public library will be closed on Thursday, November 24, and Friday, November 25 in observance of Thanksgiving.
